Session Rates

Cost

Fee per session for individual therapy is $150, and for family therapy $200. A session is 45-55 minutes. Family sessions are scheduled on a case by case basis.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your session. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged a $100 fee.

Insurance

I accept the following insurances:

  • Aetna

  • Carelon Behavioral Health

  • Cigna

  • Optum

  • Oscar Health

  • Oxford

  • Quest Behavioral Health

  • United Healthcare

  • Florida Blue

If your insurance is not listed but you would still like to use your insurance, contact your insurance company to see if you have out-of-network behavioral health benefits. I can provide a superbill for you to turn into your insurance for re-imbursement.
